GermanyXReader- Hidden Feelings

You watched Germany as he put his stuff up from the meeting. You got up and walked toward the door.

"Hey ____. Are you busy today?" You stiffened when you heard Germany's voice. You looked at him.

"Ah... Y-Yea. I have things to do."

"I see... How about tomorrow?" he asked.

"Maybe... We'll see..." You said as you left. You heard him sigh behind you.

I wish these feeling would go away. I want to hang out with him but... I cant...

You put your hands in your pockets. You had developed feelings for the strict German, but you were pretty sure he didn't feel the same. You stopped hanging out with him in hopes that these feelings would disappear, but it seemed that they only grew stronger. You shook your head.

I just need more time... These feelings will fade soon enough.

A few days have passed. You were sitting at your house, drinking (favorite drink). You sighed looking at your cluttered table. You were in the middle of some paperwork and you weren't getting much done. You mind was to occupied with a certain someone.

You were about to pick your pen back up when there was a knock on your door.

"Coming!" You called, setting your cup down and walking to the door. You opened the door and were surprised by who you saw there.

"_____," Germany said, looking at you.

"A-Ah... Germany, w-what are you doing here?"

"You haven't returned my calls... Did something happen?"

"U-Um... I..." you couldn't think of a good excuse.

"Tell me... I have been so worried about you..."

"I can't tell you..." you said. Apparently, that was the wrong answer. He walked into your house and you backed away, staring at him.

"______," he whispered as he pushed you against the wall, "Do you not know why I'm trying to call you...?"

"Why would I know..." you said as you looked away. He held your wrists in one hand as he took your chin in his other. He turned your head toward him, making you look into his blue eyes.

"You have been making it hard on me, _____," he said before kissing you. Your eyes widen but you kissed back.

"I have been trying to tell you my feelings," he whispered as he pulled away, breathing heavily in your ear.

"Y-Your feelings?" you stammered. Was he really about to...?

"J-Ja... Ich liebe dich."

"Ah... I love you too... Ich liebe dich auch," you said, his language rolling off your tongue easily. He smiled and kissed you once again and you happily returned it.
